The Adelaide band made quite the impression during CMJ last month
Adelaide rockers Bad/Dreems continue to go from strength to strength, putting pen to paper on a deal with UK booking agency X Ray Touring.
TheMusic.com.au can exclusively reveal that the rough and raw quartet's UK touring will be handled by X Ray's Jamie Wade. Wade also represents Aussie singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett, as well as American muso Adam Green and Japanese punk-rock outfit Bo Ningen. X Ray's other clients include big name artists like Coldplay, Blur, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Pixies.
The deal follows on from Bad//Dreems turn at the recent CMJ Music Marathon showcase in New York. Ironically it was one of their appearances at CMJ that was the catalyst for the X Ray deal.
"I first heard about Bad//Dreems through some industry friends who recommended checking them out at CMJ," Wade said.
