Essential:
* 18+ (preferably under 30)
* Live/studio experience
* Own quality gear/transport
* Able to tour nationally/internationally
* Suitable work/financial backing/commitment
* Dedicated and hard working
* Rehearsal (Brisbane)
* Step right into album production
