Percussionist and long-time collaborator of Prince, Sheila E has announced a set of headline shows this December off the back of her highly-anticipated Meredith Festival appearance.

Having pocketed numerous Grammy Awards, Sheila E has co-wrote with and been the musical director of Prince's band for years, featuring on recordings for the iconic Purple Rain, Let's Go Crazy and more. She paid homage to Prince's memory in a touching tribute at the BET Awards this year.

Most recently, Sheila E composed the drums alongside Hans Zimmer on the Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice film.

Sheila E will stop by Melbourne on 7 December and Sydney on 11 December, as well as appearing at Meredith alongside Peaches, BADBADNOTGOOD, Kelela and more.
