It's a seriously enormous announcement!
After a mighty announcement that had many people around the country checking hotel prices on Southeast Queensland's Sunshine Coast for the first weekend in October, the Caloundra Music Festival have gone and upped it considerably this afternoon.
Eskimo Joe and Jebediah will make the trek across the Nullarbor (though we're pretty sure some of them now live over east) to play the festival, while Alex Lloyd return to the spotlight with a showing at the event as well.
Australian-based but American-bred singer-songwriter Toni Childs has confirmed she'll be on the bill for the 2013 event, as will fellow international guests, German rockabilly sensations The Baseballs and Chillean reggae master Enrique "Quique" Neira Leiva

Mama Kin was so great at last year's Caloundra Music Festival that event organisers couldn't help but ask her back for a second year in a row. Nicky Bomba will be continuing his constant travels, appearing with both the Melbourne Ska Orchestra and Bustamento in Caloundra this year.
As if that wasn't enough, the festival also welcomes the hugely popular Busby Marou to the bill, while the soul needs will be covered by the likes of Saskwatch – currently in the UK for Glastonbury – Lisa Hunt and Sydney's Leisure Bandits.
Finally, blues lovers can look forward to seeing Blue Shaddy make the treak from Western Australia while local youngsters Sheppard will win plenty of new fans with their diverse sound, no doubt.
