Following their massive appearance at last weekend's AFL grand final.
Aus rock stalwarts Eskimo Joe have announced the release of a brand new greatest hits LP, set for release this December.
The World Repeats Itself Somehow will chronicle the bands 24 years of playing together - spanning six studio albums, a slew of awards, and hit singles like From The Sea, Black Fingernails, Red Wine and stacks more.
"Eskimo Joe first came together as a band in 1997 - myself and Stu had been friends since we were ages five and six while Joel and I were already playing together in another Perth band," frontman Kav Temperly shared via the band's Facebook page.
"When we all stepped into a jam room for the first time and picked up our guitars it felt obvious that there was a real chemistry between us as friends and as musicians. It's surreal listening back to what is now a twenty plus year career.
"From writing songs like Sweater in a smelly old jam room, to songs like Say Something which was written more recently after some time off, I'm incredibly proud of what we've created together musically, as well as the friendship we've managed to maintain with each other after so many years."
The band will also celebrate the new release with a massive nationwide tour throughout March and April of next year. They'll hit up Fremantle, Hobart, Adelaide, Melbourne, Wollongong, Sydney and Brisbane throughout the tour.
