End Of Fashion are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their self-titled debut album with a huge national tour and brand-new vinyl release.

Their first headline tour across the country in nearly a decade, the run begins at Brisbane’s The Brightside on Friday, 15 August, before heading to Sydney’s Crowbar on Saturday, 16 August, Melbourne’s The Night Cat on Friday, 22 August, Adelaide’s Jive on Saturday, 23 August, and wraps up at Perth’s The Rosemount on Saturday, 30 August.

Pre-sale tickets will be available on Wednesday, 28 May, at 10 am AEST, ahead of the general sale, which begins on Thursday, 29 May, at 10 am AEST. Tickets and more tour information can be found on the End Of Fashion website.

Released in 2005, End Of Fashion’s self-titled album saw the band become a beloved act among Aussies. The hit single, O Yeah, earned two ARIA Awards and landed in the Top 10 of the triple j Hottest 100.

Now releasing a 20th-anniversary edition vinyl, the record will come with a high-quality double LP with coloured vinyl, archived artwork, and a never-before-seen lyric sheet, plus fan-submitted photos. The first record contains the original album, which has been remastered, and the second record is packed with rare demos, B-sides, and other unreleased gems.

The special edition vinyl will be released on Friday, 15 August. You can pre-order your copy here.

Singer Justin Burford reflected on the band’s debut album turning 20, “When we made this album, we never dreamed it would still mean so much to people 20 years later. That’s a real gift for us, and we wanted to give something back.

“We put this re-issue together with a lot of love — and a lot of memories... our own and most importantly, the fans, which is why we got them involved. This is as much theirs as it is ours. To have this out in the world again, on vinyl, with all this amazing material from the archives that we never thought would see the light of day, feels really special.

On the tour, Burford added, “There’s a lot of history in this album, and a lot of love too. We still feel that love, and it’s a huge privilege to be able to hit the road and share that with the fans. I really feel like this tour is going to be something special. Not only do we get to celebrate the past, we also get to show what’s coming next. I think people will love it!”
