And her new album is out next week.
The forthcoming Australian tour from Florida bred country star Elizabeth Cook is almost upon us, as is the release of her new album Welder, and now the guests who will be joining her have been announced.
Cook will be in the country in support of her brand new record Welder, which was produced by Don Was, features a band full of some of the best country musicians on the planet and also features guest appearances from the likes of Dwight Yoakam, Rodney Crowell and Buddy Miller. Welder will finally be released in Australia next Friday 11 January (though it was released in the US almost three years ago now).
Support for the shows comes from Emma Swift in Sydney and Newcastle, while The Sideshow Brides will open up proceedings for her Melbourne date. As well as these shows, Cook will play a number of sets at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
