Ed SheeranEd Sheeran has this morning announced that he will be returning to Australia in 2013, despite having an Australian tour that arrived in New Zealand last night.
UK singer songwriter Sheeran's announce follows that of British/Irish boy band One Direction, who also struck while their Australian popularity was at fever pitch earlier this year to announce a tour 18 months in advance while in the country.
Tickets to Sheeran's current tour, on the back of his multi-platinum album +, have all sold out and dates in February and March next year are all ages.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public Thursday 9 August at 9am local time.
