That's one way to make music...

Sydney electronic music producer Dysphemic has today released his new single, Koala Bass.

The single is no regular release, however, with proceeds from the track being donated to the Australian Koala Foundation.

The song has been formed with sounds made from koalas, more specifically, the bass lines in the song have been created by manipulating koala grunt sounds.

The inspiration behind using animal samples derived from Dysphemic asking his supporters on social media, 'What Should I Make Bass Out Of?'

A huge amount of votes were Australian animals, with the series peaking when he made the koala video.

Alongside the single, the producer has released a sample pack for people to create their own koala inspired numbers, as well as a behind the scenes video of the creation of the samples and track.
