Donald Glover's 'Atlanta' To Hit Aussie TV Screens Following Golden Globes Win

It's a good time to be a Donald Glover fan.

After putting on some stellar shows at Falls Festival over NYE and picking up two Golden Globe awards for his show Atlanta yesterday, Aussies have been given another reason to celebrate with news that the series is hitting local TV screens. 

Within hours of Atlanta winning the Best Television Series - Musical Or Comedy gong and Glover taking out the Best Performance By An Actor In Televison Series – Movie Or Comedy award, SBS tweeted that the show will be "coming soon" to the network. 

Though a date is yet to be officially confirmed, the news itself is enough to keep us content for now. 

Following its premiere in the US this past September, a second season of Atlanta has already been confirmed.
