DJ Shadow To Tour Australia & New Zealand

Californian DJ and producer DJ SHADOW has just announced a run of intimate Australian and New Zealand shows as he'll be over here next February as part of the 'All Basses Covered' Tour!

Renowned for his experimental hip hop style, the international DJ has been speaking fluent electronica for a good 28 years of his life, and is widely respected for not only the music he creates, but also the passion he drives into it.

It has been stated by Fuzzy (the touring agency behind these Australian dates) that the flux of electronic artists active in the scene today are potentially causing the genre to fall into a well of commercialism, as we face the harsh reality that some artists out there are perceived to only be in it for the money and fame. Entirely not the case for DJ Shadow, he hopes not to see this type of music fall from grace, as he (alongside many more) continues to give it his all by championing his skills; whether it be DJing, mixing or producing.

Having already travelled through the UK, USA, Asia and Europe, DJ Shadow will see the land of Aus next for the 'All Basses Covered' tour! Promising intimate, stripped back performances, DJ Shadow aims to focus on solely the music and journey, rather than a large, distracting production. Incorporating unreleased productions and live remixes, the attendance of every true DJ Shadow and electronic dance music fan may as well be mandatory.
