Tobias Graf, a founding member of German melodic death metal band Deadlock, has passed away at age 35.

Tobias Graf, a founding member of German melodic death metal band Deadlock, has passed away at age 35.

Graf recently left the band due to a lifestyle change after playing with them since 1997.

The band's record label Lifeforce Records released the following statement:

"Today we come to you with very sad news, long time dear friend Tobias Graf and founding member of Deadlock passed away at the age of 35. We can hardly express the sadness in our hearts and we wish his family all possible strength in these dark hours. Farewell Tobi and may you have a safe journey!"
