David Gray Adds Extra Shows To 2025 Australian Tour

Good news for David Gray fans who thought they’d miss out on attending his upcoming Australian tour: new shows have been added in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

In case you missed it, the British troubadour announced his Past & Present Tour last week, which will see him perform in theatres across the country.

Tickets are already selling fast in multiple cities, with demand leading to additional dates being announced following a busy pre-sale this week. The general sale begins today at 2 pm local time.

Today, Frontier Touring announced the second and final shows that will take place in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. The dates are: Monday, 10 November, at Melbourne’s Palais Theatre, Thursday, 13 November, at Sydney’s State Theatre, and Sunday, 16 November, at QPAC Concert Hall in Brisbane.

Gray’s upcoming tour follows the recent release of his latest album, Dear Life, and comes after his White Ladder Anniversary Tour, which saw him perform in sold-out arenas in 2022.

An artist admired by Adele, Hozier, and Ed Sheeran, Gray said of his new music, “I’m feeling very joyful about the act of making and sharing this music—and privileged to be doing so.

“I don’t know what people will make of it. But I have the same hopes and dreams whenever I release a record – that if you try and do something special, then maybe something magical will happen in return.”
