The dates for the 2014 Big Day Out festival have been confirmed by the event today after a poster displaying the info was photgraphed by a keen-eye punter. The picture, reported by MusicFeeds, has since spread across social media.
Director of Marketing & PR for BDO, Johanna Greenway has revealed the dates were meant to be revealed next week but now fans can add them to their calendar.
"Posters were to go up Monday - guess now we'll put them up everywhere. But at least everyone knows to save the date for line-up announcement," she told theMusic.com.au.
So for all you BDO lovers - here are those all important dates including two for Sydney:
Friday 17 January - Western Springs, Auckland
Sunday 19 January - Metricon Stadium, Gold Coast
Friday 24 January - Venue TBC, Melbourne
Sunday 26 & Monday 27 January - Venue TBC, Sydney
Friday 31 January - Venue TBC, Adelaide
Sunday 2 February - Venue TBC, Perth
