Indecent Assault Charge Against Dan Sultan Dropped

Sultan was charged earlier this year.

An indecent assault charge against Australian artist Dan Sultan has been dropped. 

As ABC reports, Victorian prosecutors withdrew the charge at Melbourne Magistrates' Court this morning.

The incident is alleged to have occurred in Brunswick in September 2008.

After being charged in February, the Victorian-born artist intended to plead not guilty to the charge.
