A couple of intimate solo shows will keep him occupied next month.
He has been hard at work on a brand new record which he has been putting together with producer Aaron Cupples in London and Italy, but Dan Kelly has decided to dedicate a couple of dates in November to getting back on the road and playing some very intmate and very special shows.
He will be armed with an array of guitars and drum machines when he heads up to Canberra and Brisbane next month for shows that will see him dip into his back-catalogue and, quite excitingly, air a bunch of new tunes for audiences a little further north than you would find him most of the time.
There's not much more that you need to know except that you might want to pre-purchase some tickets as these are not big venues and if Kelly knows there is a good chance of a crowd singalong while he is there then he is likely to arrive in a far better mood than other wise.
Details of the shows are below. No doubt we'll see plenty more of Kelly as the new album approaches.
