ARIA is turning the big 3-0 this year and, funnily enough, so are iconic rockers Crowded House, so ARIA found it only fit to induct the band into the ARIA Hall Of Fame this year as part of their 30th birthday celebrations.
With over six albums and a whopping 13 ARIA Awards on their shelves, the band will be given the honour on 23 November this year, with thousands of music fans watching on.
Neil Finn and Nick Seymour said of the induction, "We feel truly blessed that our songs have become a valued part of peoples lives across generations. As a result, our affinity with fans and the music community here is unique and one we hold very close.
"We are delighted and honoured to accept the invitation to be inducted into the ARIA Hall Of Fame."

ARIA's CEO Dan Rosen added, "Since the inaugural ARIA Awards in 1987, the Melbourne-formed band have been nominated for 36 ARIA Awards and have come the full circle since receiving the first ARIA Award ever presented for Best Video.
"What a thrill that our first ever ARIA Award winner will now be inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame as part of our 30-year celebrations."
The ARIA Awards will descend upon The Star this November and will be presented by Telstra and Network Ten.
