There has been dramatic scenes at the world's most famous film festival in Cannes, France, with Django Unchained star Cristoph Waltz rushed out of an interview after a gunmen reportedly fired shots.
Taking place at beachside venue The Croisette, Waltz was being interviewed them the drama unfolded.
According to Variety there were no injuries and after a man was apprehended it has been reported that he gun was loaded with blanks. A grenade he allegedly had was a fake.
Footage of the dramatic events has emerged on YouTube, and although the shots cannot be heard in the below video the scene looks understandably terrifying.
