A new Crime In Stereo DVD entitled "Everything Changes/Nothing Is Ever Truly Lost" has been announced, and will be widely available in the coming months.
The DVD is set to feature the band's Kingston, UK show from 2010 where they played their album "The Troubled Stateside" in its entirety, the band's music video for "I Am Everything I Am Not", as well as a few more other features.
The man behind the DVD, Ryan Mackfall, who also directed the video for "I Am Everything I Am Not", posted the following on his website explaining the DVD release.
"I figure it’s about time I give some clarification to the upcoming DVD release.
This is going to be a project I’m captaining. The guys will be involved as much as possible in this I have no doubt, but this will largely something I build and put together in my spare time, calling in as many favours as possible.
This will be a universally free SHAREWARE project. Anyone can request a copy. There will be a set amount going out to various places around the UK and America and these people will have seed copies which they are welcome to copy, distribute or share with anyone they wish. I want this to be a representation of how a hardcore band builds up a community of friends and fans, and how with enough effort anything can go anywhere.
Please remember this is being done in my spare time, and at the moment I am trying to build my name as a director and run a business. This means a lot of my time is focused on ‘paying clients’ who in effect allow me to keep on working with bands and putting out material now and then off my own back (like this). In other words, be patient with me.
I’m looking for people who want to join in with this and offer a service. I know this is possible. Nine Inch Nails just did something similar with a fan based release (one of the show’s I’ve even edited up for a free torrent release this year). Ideally I’m looking for someone to design the artwork that has a credible portfolio (sorry but this needs to be amazing, and we don’t want anything done half assed, it’s the way I am with everything). If you step up to the plate to help on this then be aware that I expect high standards. I will consider releasing a limited amount of copies in proper cases depending on the interest this project has. I’m looking for motion graphics people too. If you feel you have any other skill to add, drop me a line.
Let me make one thing PERFECTLY clear. Crime In Stereo are my friends and I have no intention of making any profit from this, I simply want the world to be able to have a last physical momento to keep, to remember these guys and their hard work as one of the most influential hardcore bands of our time.

I thought this appropriate for what the release stands for. So lets build up a network of self-distributors who are interested in helping on this. Local record shops, small labels, people who are good at torrenting, people who can burn the dvds, people who are willing to give it out to people they know will enjoy it! Lets make this a truly great release. I don’t want to see people reblogging this in some vain attempt to score their blog some ‘hardcore scene’ points, I want people passing this around promising to themselves ‘I will help distribute this’.
