To celebrate the release of their new album, New Romancer, Melbourne legends Cousin Tony's Brand New Firebird have announced a headline tour of Australia.
The five-piece will kick off the run next month, with gigs confirmed in Melbourne (two dates), Adelaide, Brisbane, Castlemaine, Sydney and Canberra, as well as a spot at Princetown's Loch Hart Music Festival.
The Music gave New Romancer a glowing review, saying the LP "mashes together indie, progressive and space-rock with some disco and a good ol’ pinch of Nick Cave (see the crooning slow-burner Joy)".
Tickets for the tour are on sale now.
