Counting Crows Add Brisbane Show To 2026 Australian Tour

Following the cancellation of Bluesfest, Counting Crows have added a Brisbane date to their itinerary.

Counting Crows’ upcoming Australian tour is in high demand, but before today, they didn’t have a Brisbane date on the itinerary.

That’s because the band were scheduled to perform at Bluesfest. Typically, big-name artists performing at the festival abide by a proximity clause and therefore cannot perform sideshows in Brisbane, to maximise ticket sales for the festival.

However, following the cancellation of this year’s Bluesfest, Counting Crows no longer need to avoid performing in Brisbane on this visit to Australia.

So, today, they’ve added a Brisbane date: the Accidentally In Love hitmakers will perform at the Fortitude Music Hall on Saturday, 4 April. Like the rest of the Australian dates, Counting Crows will be joined by special guests Kingswood.

Counting Crows have sold out six shows on their upcoming tour, including dates in Auckland, Sydney, and Melbourne, with final tickets remaining for extra shows in Auckland and Melbourne and for their show in Adelaide. You can find the full list of tour dates below.

Counting Crows are touring in support of their recently released new album, Butter Miracle, The Complete Sweets!, which features the single Spaceman In Tulsa. The rock band won over Australian fans in 1993 with their hit Mr Jones from their debut album, August and Everything After, and have consistently played shows Down Under throughout their career.
