Coda Conduct Announce East-Coast Tour & New Booking Deal

The hip hop duo will play four shows along the right-hand side of the country next month and July

More Coda Conduct Coda Conduct

Sydney-via-Canberra hip hop duo Coda Conduct have announced that they will be heading out for a four-date run of shows along the east coast from next month, with the planned sojourn coming fresh in the wake of the news that members Erica Mallet and Sally Coleman have signed with renowned booking agency Select Music.

The deal comes following a period of swift ascension for the two-piece, and sees them join an artist roster on which they'll feel more than at home, their name resting aside the likes of contemporaries such as Tkay Maidza, Citizen Kay and Seth Sentry. It's another notch in the belt for Coda Conduct, whose Butter Side Up EP was released to wide acclaim back in March and preceded a triumphant appearance at Canberra's recent Groovin The Moo festival.

"Select Music is very excited about Coda Conduct joining the agency," Select Music's Rob Giovannoni said of the signing in a statement. "They have a huge future in front of them — great songs and an awesome live show."

If you haven't yet had the good fortune to experience said awesome live show in person, then hopefully you'll be able to make it to one of the girls' forthcoming 'Pool Room Tour' dates, which kick off in Brisbane, at the Black Bear Lodge, on Saturday, 20 June, and include shows in Melbourne (Laundry Bar, 26 June), Sydney (MUM @ World Bar, 3 July) and their old stomping grounds of Canberra (Zierholz, 4 July).
