The roots muso enlists a couple of friends to accompany him on tour
The usually solo Claude Hay is about to embark on a tour that will see him team up with a few fellow musicians and debut his new project, Claude Hay and The Gentle Enemies.
The extensive tour - which includes a Bluesfest appearance - kicks off on Friday 28 March at The Old Manly Boatshed and finishes up on Sunday 1 June at The Towradgi Beach Hotel. Tickets are on sale now and the tour is presented by The Music.
Hay and his new bandmates - Ryan Van Gennip and Jon Howell - will also unveil the double A side single Borracho/Run this April. Their style is more heavier than Hay's solo, more roots blended music that we've come to know and love, so we're excited to see the guys in a live setting.
Gennip and Howell have worked previously with the likes of Marshall Okell, Cass Eager, Jimmy Little, Chase The Sun and Leonardo's Bride
