The Adelaide band reveal the first single from their debut record, due out in October.
Things are finally starting to go ahead in leaps and bounds for Adelaide's City Riots with their debut album finally all set for release later in the year and the first single from it starting to make its way around the internet and on to radio. That song is Wait For Me, a reverb drenched slice of dreamy, jangly pop that signifies a bit of a change of direction for the band as they grow into a more mature unit. You can listen to it here, if you like.
The band head out for a few shows on the back of the single's release, no doubt looking forward to rad testing a bunch of material to be taken from the band's aforementioned debut record, which is to be called Sea Of Bright Lights and will be out through Inertia on Friday 26 October.
The band's single launch dates are below.
