Ghana-born, Canberra-based hip hop artist Citizen Kay is heading out on the road for a run of shows this winter.
The emerging rapper and beatmaker will play six headlining gigs throughout July and August. He'll be joined by a bunch of other acts in the local hip hop scene including duo Jackie Onassis, who will support Kay at his three QLD shows.
It's already been a big year for Kay. He scored a slot on the Canberra leg of regional festival fave Groovin' The Moo and was the support act for Melbourne indie-hoppers Grey Ghost and US fun-loving pair Matt & Kim. His The Yes! EP is out now. Check out the title track...
