'Tis the season.

If there's one guarantee come every December, it's that Michael Bublé's Christmas album will surge back into the ARIA Albums chart.

The Canadian crooner's 2011 record, which returned to #1 last year, has jumped straight back into the top ten this past weekend to place at #7... and you can bet on it climbing even higher in the next week.

Christmas has returned to #1 every year since its release (an achievement no other record has achieved as many times in the ARIA era, 1983-present), excluding 2018, where it peaked at #3 behind the The A Star Is Born and Bohemian Rhapsody soundtracks.

So big is Bublés album, it placed at #2 on ARIA's End Of Decade Albums chart last year.

More holiday albums have begun to swarm the top 40 of the Albums chart including Delta Goodrem's new record, Only Santa Knows (#12), as well as Mariah Carey’s Merry Christmas (#14), Human Nature’s The Christmas Album (#22), Robbie WilliamsThe Christmas Present (#31) and John Farnham & Olivia Newton John’s Friends For Christmas (#32).
