Childish Gambino ProfileHe's killing it out here for the Big Day Out at the moment and now fans will get another chance to see Childish Gambino do his thing in a just-announced DJ set show.
The rapper, real name Donald Glover, will show off his mixing skills at The Key Club in Melbourne this Saturday 26 January. He'll perform under his moniker "mcDJ".
Glover has been one of the highlights of the BDO tour and he has impressed at his sideshows. He had the crowd in the palm of his hand at last night's gig at the Hi-Fi in Melbourne, with them singing along to every word. He also reminded us of his background in comedy with a few hipster-aimed jokes, including the gem "you can move around, this is not an Iron & Wine show."
Tickets to the DJ set gig are $20 and available at the door.
