Mushroom Music Publishing has today announced a deal with country artist Casey Barnes. 

Barnes, who is signed with Michael Chugg's management and label sectors, joins the likes of Amy Shark, The Teskey Brothers, Mark Seymour, Archie Roach, DMA'S and more on the publishing house's roster.  

"Casey has worked very hard to get to this point," said Mushroom Group's founder and chairman Michael Gudinski. 

"Together with Chugg Music I firmly believe that his modern country style and attitude will soon see him cross over to the mainstream charts."

The deal marks another huge win for Barnes this year who has already seen his latest album, Town Of A Million Dreams, debut at #16 on the ARIA Albums Chart and score a nomination for Best Country Album.
