The night of 50 feasts.
Carriageworks and Vivid Sydney have organised a large-scale immersive contemporary food and wine event this July and June.
The Night Market will feature more than 50 stallholders, including some of the industry's most respected names, representing NSW's leading restaurants and providores.
The line-up, curated by the Creative Director of the Carriageworks Farmers Market and renowned local chef Mike McEnearney, includes such illustrious representatives as Archie Rose, Porteno, Cornersmith and Young Henrys.
The theme of the evening is 'Cooking With Fire' and visitors are encouraged to engage with the chefs as they cook New South Wales regional produce over live flames.
