Acid house veteran Carl Cox will take the stage in Perth for a one-night headline show on 6 March. The news is icing on the cake for Western Australian electronic music fans who will also be treated to a solo show by DJ legend Fatboy Slim in January.

Cox’s show will be held at the impressive Red Hill Auditorium in Perth just a month after Fatboy Slim brings down the house at the same venue, which is the largest purpose-built outdoor venue in WA, situated in the heart of beautiful John Forrest National Park.

The dance music pioneer and label owner has released four full-length albums to date, as well as a plethora of remixes and compilations in a career that began all the way back in the mid '80s. Cox also boasts a decorated collection of awards including 11 DJ Awards and being voted as the No. 1 DJ in the world two years running.

The champion of techno is thrilled to be embarking on Australian soil and is relishing the chance to revisit Australia.

"I've always loved Perth and can't wait to get back there in March. It'll be really special as I'm heading back to Europe straight after for a non stop summer and my last ever season at Space Ibiza.

"Perth will be a great way to kick it all off - so you don't want to miss it. See you in March!"
