CANT SAY are absolutely getting it right. They consistently put forth initiatives that are groundbreaking and simultaneously give exposure to some of the best in the game, as well as some brilliant up and comers.
They’ve decided to put more of an emphasis on the latter and have put together a party that they aim to make semi-regular, and that is their ‘Up & Comers Edition’s.
It’s basically a night to promote artists that fly below the radar. They may not necessarily be the newest to the scene, but may have been working long periods to perfect their craft.
Side projects, new projects, old projects and consistent projects will be featured and given the opportunity to play their music amongst an atmosphere they may not have had the opportunity to prior.
The first instalment of this fantastic intiative will feature the likes of:
SWEETLAND
A producer out of Melbourne, he’s been kicking but for over 2 years, hand making his own brand of sweet, sweet house music.
FOSSA
Melbourne native FOSSA makes big beats with an even bigger atmosphere. Club music to cry to.
MICHAEL PHELPS BACKSTROKE
Side project of Gabe from INDIAN SUMMER, he’s personalised his brand of dance with some great hooks and a beat like no other.
FRESH HEX
Described as ‘colourwave’, the Melbourne producer has injected a certainly colourful palette of intense sounds into the mix.
Also featured in this fantastic showcase is ROY BLUES & LOFTY.
All of your favourite CANT SAY residents will also be there on the night to push the party into overdrive.
There’s nothing better than local talent, and it’s definitely unfortunate when it goes amiss.
