Good news, folk fans!
Canberra’s National Folk Festival line-up just got a whole lot bigger with a stack of talented Indigenous artists added to the festival’s First Peoples program.
Heading up the program is legendary pioneer of contemporary Indigenous music Joe Geia who will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of his song Yil Lull.
Joining Geia on the line-up will be the likes of Alice Skye, Dhapanbal Yunupiŋu, Peter Swain and a bunch more.
As well as dropping their First People’s program the festival has also added a bunch of top-notch acts to it's line-up including SON, Andy Irvine, Aine Tyrrell and more.
