Canadian Reggae-Poppers Magic! Announce Aussie Tour Date

Mega-selling Canadian reggae-pop four-piece Magic! have announced a one-off show in Australia as part of an upcoming promotional tour on our shores in the wake of the release of well-received second album Primary Colours.

More specifically, the band will touch down touting new single Red Dress on a week-long sojourn in the country — their third promotional visit — that will give fans a chance to connect with them in the flesh with a performance at Newtown Social Club on Tuesday 13 September.

It's been a successful past couple of years for the popular quartet, who first came to prominence in 2014 with breakthrough single Rude, including a performance alongside Jason Derulo at the Opening Ceremony for this year's Copa America Centenario — a prestigious soccer event — and the picking up of nominations for multiple awards ceremonies, including Teen Choice, MuchMusic, Juno and Billboard.

They've been pretty consistently on the road in North America of late, but they're taking time out of their schedule to make the journey halfway around the world for this one-off performance, so the least you could do is get yourself out of the house.
