 For those who like their prog, Monday just got about 75 times better as news of a Between The Buried And Me national tour has just been announced. The band are one of the leading acts in the modern prog/speed metal genre right now and with their seventh studio record The Parallax II: Future Sequence just released and a European tour underway right now, you can bet that they have a head full of steam coming into their first Aussie dates in a while.

Joining the band for these shows will be fellow Americans Animals As Leaders, a heavy instrumental act who are looking forward to hitting our country for the first time. The band aren't just out and out intense though, flourishes of jazz and electronic music styles are injected into their music to make for a dynamic and varied sound.
