Britney Spears Announces She's Pregnant Via Cryptic Instagram Post

Britney Spears has today announced that she is pregnant with her third child via a chaotic yet wholesome Instagram post.

While the post left many fans confused, it announced she would be having her first baby with her actor and fitness trainer fiancé Sam Asghari. 

She described that she decided to take a pregnancy test after struggling to lose weight after a holiday in Hawaii. 

“I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back,” Spears said. “I thought ‘geez... what happened to my stomach?'

“My husband said: ‘No, you’re food pregnant silly’. So I got a pregnancy test and uh, well... I am having a baby.”

The announcement comes just months after a judge ended a conservatorship that had control over her life and finances. It saw her father removed from power and she is now allowed to make her own financial, medical and personal decisions.

In the post she also commented on perinatal depression during her former pregnancies, typing, “Women didn’t talk about it back then ... some people considered it dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside her.

“But now women talk about it every day ... thank Jesus we don’t have to keep that pain a reserved proper secret. This time I will be doing yoga every day.”
