Will change its name
Brisbane-based music street press Scene has announce a major rebrand and a change in publication cycle.
The magazine will move from a weekly publication to a monthly one and take on the masthead of its website, scenestr.
“The changes are about continuing to meet the challenges of new media head on,” Publisher Howard Duggan said in a statement.
Next week's issue will be the final in the current format.

In July last year Brisbane's Time Off street magazine, part of the same publishing house as theMusic.com.au, rebranded under the national weekly The Music masthead to align itself with the website.
