British metalcore act Bring Me the Horizon have released a new music video for track "Can You Feel My Heart".

The song comes from the band's latest album 'Sempiternal', released in April. 

"Can You Feel My Heart is all about admittance, admitting you have a problem, and admitting something's wrong," says frontman Oli Sykes about the track. "That's the first step of the whole album. In my life, I had to admit certain things to go further. They all deal with different topics."
