The two metalcore groups will play three shows together.
With the release of their third LP There Is A Hell Believe Me I've Seen It, There Is A Heaven Let's Keep It A Secret British metalcore masters Bring Me The Horizon proved that they were keen to take their music to the next level and their fanbase, which they amassed over years of touring hard and releasing some crushing records, responded with an enormous amount of positivity. The band began to play bigger shows, sold a truckload more records and, for some time, were a band everyone was talking about.
This means that the early 2013 release of its follow up Sempiternal is one of the most eagerly awaited events for plenty of heavy music fans across the planet, and the band will be touring that new record as a part of the Soundwave festival not long after its release.
Today the band have announced they will play three sideshows while in the country with San Diego post-hardcore outfit Pierce The Veil, another one of Soundwave's most hotly anticipated touring acts. Fans of all ages will be able to see the bands in action as they play shows in Sydney and Melbourne around the time of the festival.
The dates for the shows are below, tickets are on sale from 9am Thursday 6 December and will likely sell very fast indeed.
