Melbourne hardcore festival Break The Ice is back for its second year, with the first part of the 2013 line up being announced last night on Triple J's Short.Fast.Loud program. Headlining the event will be America's Bane, Cold World and Rotting Out, who will be joined by an impressive list of Australian bands, including Hopeless, Relentless, Iron Mind, Phantoms, Survival, The Weight, Outright, Endless Heights, Thorns and Civil War. The festival will take place at Lilydale Showgrounds on Saturday April 27 and Sunday April 28, with pre-sale tickets set to go on sale Friday January 18 through www.oztix.com.au and Oztix outlets.
