"Our expansion into Brisbane shows our commitment to the growing city..."
Booking agency New World Artists have announced their expansion to a third state today, appointing Dominic Miller to take care of their newly minted Brisbane office.
Having booked bands for popular Brisbane venues like The Zoo and Black Bear Lodge, Miller says, "Live music has always been my absolute passion and New World Artists are truly dedicated to their artists.
"The ethos of the business matches my artist-focused approach, so naturally I answered the call with appropriate enthusiasm. Let’s do this!"
Miller adds, "It’s an honour to be working with an amazing group of artists all considered to be the next wave of Australian talent with These New South Whales, Good Boy and The Outdoor Type all being selected to showcase at BIGSOUND this year." Miller's roster will also include folktronica act Caitlin Park and indie pop band Babaganouj.
