Bluesfest Bursting At The Seams With Seven More Acts Announced For 2022 Festival

Byron Bay Bluesfest is continuing to grow their already huge 2022 spectacular, with another set of Aussie acts set to take to thew stage next year.

The annual event, which has undergone multiple setbacks owing to the pandemic, will return to Queensland next easter in a massive way, with previously announced performers such as Paul Kelly, Midnight Oil, Missy Higgins, Briggs and stacks more.

Today an addition seven acts were added to the line-up, including rapper Baker Boy, R&B icon Renee Geyer, rock legends Hoodoo Gurus, electro-soul outfit Six60, roots performer Kara Grainger, folk superstar Sam Teskey and legendary vocalist for The Tea Party Jeff Martin all joining the event.

“The quality and talent on the Bluesfest lineup next Easter Long Weekend, Friday 15th April – Monday 18th April 2022, is incomparable and unmatched," Director Peter Noble said of the festival. 

"It is THE BEST Aussie & Kiwi lineup – EVER, and guess what… we ain’t finished!!”
