Black Flag founder Greg Ginn has lost his lawsuit against FLAG (which features other ex-Black Flag members) and company.
Among Ginn's complaints was that FLAG had been using the Black Flag name and logo in a "misleading way." The judge however has found that Ginn seemed to have no individual rights in the Black Flag trademarks.
