"This isn't a decision we made lightly."

Announcing an incredibly solid line-up just over a month ago, the organisers of the Big Pineapple Music Festival have sadly lost Horrorshow as an act "due to overseas touring opportunities", but have made up for it instantly with the addition of Urthboy.

The Sydney duo said of their cancellations, "Our sincerest apologies to all those who were looking forward to partying with us at Big Pineapple Music Festival — we have had to cancel our appearance due to overseas touring opportunities in the USA!

"This isn't a decision we made lightly — we looked at every possible option which would allow us to still play at the festival but in the end this is the call we had to make. We'd like to express our gratitude to the festival's organisers for inviting us to play in the first place, and we look forward to returning to the Sunny Coast (one of our favourite parts of Australia) ASAP! big love."

Swooping in to take Horrorshow's spot, Urthboy is stoked to join the bill, which already boasts Northlane, Harts, Alex Lahey, The Veronicas and Birds Of Tokyo.

Urthboy says, "We played a huge sold out show at Solbar last year and love playing on the Sunny Coast. It's dope to come back for Big Pineapple!"
