Talk of Benji Madden and Katy Perry hooking up have been circling the internet.
It looks like Benji Madden and Katy Perry have been hooking up, the two were seen out in Las Vegas for a Valentine's dinner on Saturday Night.
A source on Perez Hilton has said "They were with friends but you could definitely tell they were on a date! There wasn't any public making out but they were very "friendly" with each other."
