In support of their latest album Contraption Vol. 2, Beats Antique from San Francisco have announced Australian tour dates for November, kicking things off at the Symbiosis Eclipse Festival in far North Queensland (3 hours north of Cairns) and including a recently added sideshow in Brisbane.

Beats Antique are an experimental-electronica-world music group, formed out of a collaboration between music producers David Satori and Tommy Cappel, heavily influenced by their alliance with world-famous belly dancer and music producer Zoe Jakes. They have already left audiences from Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and Red Rocks reeling from their melding of modern technology  (dubstep and glitch) with live instrumentation (brass and strings), with some describing their act as a 'Bollywood-circus stage show.'

Beats Anitque aim to blur the lines of the provocative, spiritual and artistic; pairing top hats, with animal masks, while still embodying class and beauty. Zoe Jakes will not be joining the boys for their Australian dates, however an overload of sensory indulgences can still be expected.

Tour dates are as follows:
