Australia's self-proclaimed 'touring tastemakers' BBE have announced the launch of fledgling booking arm BBE Agency, complementing the news of their latest venture by unveiling the initial crop of acts signed under their purview, with the way led, quite literally, by locally bred G-house pioneer Wax Motif.
Concurrent with his signing to BBE Agency, Wax Motif will embark on an Aussie tour next month, getting under way in Caloundra on 4 December and heading through Townsville, Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney on the way to his year-ending performance at Lorne's Falls Music & Arts Festival on 31 December.
He's not the only name to back up BBE's new pursuit, however, with the nascent agency also picking up Los Angelean faves Slander and fellow US beats-master NGHTMRE, both of whom have spent 2015 surrounded by buzz as they've racked up win after win at venues across the United States and the globe.
BBE Agency will be handling all Australian and New Zealand bookings for their new acts, and you can expect the roster to keep growing as the organisation capitalises on BBE's existing reputation and corporate goodwill to establish itself as a premier player in the local booking community.
