Who will win?

More Gang Of Youths More Gang Of Youths

This week's ARIA Albums Chart is looking very likely to be a tight battle between Sydney bands Gang Of Youths and Hellions for the prized #1 position.

Gang Of Youths' EP Let Me Be Clear is narrowly in front as it is set to debut in the top three on the chart, while Hellions third studio album, Opera Oblivia, is aiming to finish in the top five.

A top charting album debut is unmarked territory for both outfits — Gang Of Youths' 2015 debut offering The Positions peaked at #5 while Hellions last effort, Indian Summer, came in at #19 in February last year.

They'll have to fend off the likes of Flume, Adele, The Avalanches and Beyonce to claim top spot, as well as recent The Voice winner Alfie Arcuri's debut album, Zenith, which is primed for a top five debut, even though his single performed very poorly after its release last month.
