Ball Park Music has unveiled their single Pariah as a teaser for what's to come ahead from their forthcoming as-yet-untitled album.

It is still not confirmed when the album will be released, but the band is playing Splendour In The Grass and heading out on a headline tour of the east coast in late April/early May.

With Pariah, it is evident that the band has ventured into more psychedelic elements than usual showing a new side to their musicianship, though the song still vibes with their signature indie/rock frequencies.

The new album will be the band's first album since their 2014 LP Puddinghead. The band commented on their new single via Facebook, "We've always wanted to do a song like this. Jamming is a real joy, a crucial part of any good live performance and a helpful way to pass the time. Some of you may recall us winging sections like this when we play Literally Baby live.

"The middle section of this song was a live improvisation and was recorded in one take. The intro/outro was something Sam had been working on for a while and served as the perfect bookend for our hectos jam sesh. We think it's a fruity addition to our catalogue and hope you enjoy it."
