The recent Splendour act drop a new single from their forthcoming LP

British rockers Babyshambles have dropped a new track online, which is off their soon-to-be-released album Sequel To The Prequel.

The song in question is the mellow Picture Me In A Hospital and you can take a listen to the latest offering from the recent Splendour In The Grass performers below.

It was announced just weeks before they hit Australia for SITG that their new album would be released here on Friday 30 August. Sequel To The Prequel will be the, at times, headline-grabbing band's third record and first since 2007's Shotter's Nation.

Despite cancelling their other Aussie shows on their recent tour, our reviewers had nothing but praise for Pete Doherty and his bandmates on their Splendour appearance, calling the controversial frontman a "delight to behold" and their set "solid" and "tight".
