The Australian DMC DJ Championships have added two extra heats to the national competition, allowing Adelaide and Perth DJs to throw their hat into the ring.
For the first time in six year, it hits hits Soundpond Bar, Adelaide (23 August) and Ya Ya's, Perth (24 August), which accompanies the already confirmed heats in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane.
The first heat goes down Saturday 2 August in Melbourne at The Laundry Bar before taking off around the country to narrow down a shortlist to perform at the national finals.
The national finals will go down Saturday 30 August at Laundry Bar in Melbourne with legendary New York DJ Total Eclipse judging and performing, which you can stream live via soundpond.net.
The winner will then be flown to London to represent Australia at the World DMC DJ Championships in October.
